SAMUEL BRIGHT-KAITOO

CEO & Board Member

Samuel holds an MBA in Finance from the Central University College. He has an M.A in Human Resource Development as well as a Bachelor of Education from University of Cape Coast. He also holds a Certificate in Securities from the Ghana Stock Exchange.

He is an investment consultant and has worked with JISLAH Financial Services as Head of Investment and Business Development. At Jislah, he set up the Investment as well as the Business Development Department. He acted as the CEO on a number of occasions. He worked as the Investment Representative and Fund Manager with SEM Capital Management Ltd.

His wealth experience spans across Business Strategy, Investment Banking, Financial Planning, Pensions, Business Development and Corporate Governance. He has attended numerous conferences, seminars and training programs locally and abroad on Investment, Wealth Management, Pension Fund Governance, Corporate Governance, Business Strategy, Leadership, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, Banking among other.

Samuel is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana; a member of the Institute of Directors, Ghana and licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Investment Representative. He is a lecturer at the Ghana Stock Exchange.

GEORGE AGBENYEGA ZUMANU

General Manager

Zumanu is a seasoned investment strategist, quantitative and financial analyst with extensive knowledge and experience in the financial services industry - Investment, Pensions and Insurance.

Prior to joining Galaxy Capital, Zumanu worked in research and asset management at the FirstBanC group. He also worked with Databank Brokerage Limited, a Databank group company, as a fixed income analyst.

He was educated at the University of Cape Coast, where he holds Bachelor of Education Degree in Mathematics with Economics. Additionally, he has a Master of Science Degree in Actuarial Science from the Heriot-Watt University, UK. Zumanu is a part-qualified actuary and a candidate on the CFA program. He holds a Securities Industry Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange and is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Investment representative.

JOSEPH ADJEI OTUROKU

Business Development Manager

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He holds the Ghana Securities Industry Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) and has extensive training in both front office and back office treasury management.

Prior to joining Galaxy Capital Limited, Joseph worked with Jislah Financial Services as Deputy Manager, Treasury where he successfully helped to significantly grow the company’s funds under management in excess of 100%year on year over a three year period (June 2012 – June 2015).

ADUBOFOUR ELIJAH

IN-charge, FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS

Adubofour Elijah is an Investment, finance and accounting professional with over 5 years hands on experience in Investment Accounting, Financial Accounting and Financial Management in various capacities.

A graduate from Valley View University with BBA (Hons.) Banking and Finance, student member of ICA (GH), Security and Exchange Commission Licensed Investment Advisor, holds the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Industry Certificate, MBA Finance and Accounting candidate of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) and an old student of Accra Academy.

Prior to joining Galaxy Capital an Investment Banking Company, Elijah has had diverse financial and accounting experience from Social Security and National Insurance Trust, Bayport Financial services, Abeima Teyma Infrastructure Ghana Limited (Group Abengoa Spain) and several others.

MAC ROBERTS KITTOE

DIRECTOR

Mac holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business administration from GIMPA in 2006 and is currently pursuing an MBA programme with the University of Liverpool.

He has twenty years' (20) experience in finance and credit. He has held several positions at NDK Financial Services in the fields of investment, treasury management, loan monitoring and recovery.

Pearl Esua-Mensah

Career
A creative and motivational leader, Founder/ CEO of Feniks Ltd, a Business Development Company with special focus on supporting medium sized companies to achieve their growth potential through optimisation of Finance, Brand Strategy and Governance. Prior to starting Feniks Ltd, Pearl was Deputy Managing Director of UT Bank LTD Ghana for 6 years, and held various executive positions in UT Holdings including Director of Finance and Administration, UT Financial Services/UT Holdings, Ghana. Other positions held are Group Financial Accountant, Parity Group Plc UK; Group Reporting Accountant Kantar Group Uk, DSC Communications Ltd UK and Data Layout Ltd, a reprographics/ printing company, in London. Professional Background

Mrs Esua-Mensah is a certified professional accountant (FCCA) with an MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK. A dedicated and dynamic professional with over 20 year’s global experience in finance and business strategy with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and influence business critical opportunities. She has demonstrated excellent logical and analytical approach to solving complex problems and issues. She has extensive knowledge in managing mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, reorganization of existing businesses, Brand strategy and management, and a proven record in building dynamic retail banking portfolio with specific focus on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.

Recognition and awards
Pearl has a passion for empowering the youth and is a patron of Waves international. She has had a number of speaking roles across the country. She was awarded Overall Young professional (Female) Role Model by Young Professionals Youth Coalition Initiative in 2011. She was awarded among others, the Finance Personality of the year by the maiden National Women in Finance awards in February 2014. She was recognized for her role in chairing the committee to establish Invest In Africa (IIA) in Ghana in 2015.

SETH KUGBLENU

Director

Seth is one of Ghana's finest Business Development, Marketing and Integrated Marketing Communication Experts.

He holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana Business School and obtained First Class Honors in Management and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also won the Overall Best Student Award in the Public Relations, Advertising Class of 1996 at the Ghana Institute of Journalism (G.I.J).

Seth has over fifteen (15) years working experience in business development, marketing, public relations and has practiced internationally and locally. He has worked with the South African High Commission (Economic Section), City Investments Company Ltd. and as Sales and Marketing Manager at Jislah Financial Services Ltd. At Jislah, he developed a number of flagship financial products and built the company's brand.
